1/2013 Still waiting

January 2013 found us still with the home but considering to trying to sell the home on our own, again. With the realtor we had gone through price reductions and felt we might have to go down in price again. We want to walk away with as much as possible so maybe we do things differently if we decide to sell it on our own again.

After 20 years, the longest either of us has lived somewhere, we are anxious to have the house sell over with. It has begun to feel like a weight around our necks, just holding us back not a place we love like we used to.  It is sometimes hard to remember the interest we used to have in this home.
