The waiting game continues

Our home has been off the market for a few weeks, it is getting a deep clean and going through. Time to pack up as much as possible and have a positive attitude it will sell this year. In another week or so we will have it back on the market through Flat Fee Realty and in May hope to market it in the local FSBO magazine.
